Shipping

All of our clothing is hand made to order. We ask that you give us some time to personally embroider/print your garments before shipping.

We will ship within 48 hours or receiving your order.

Damaged Goods

We will not be accepting returns due to flaws with the designs (ie: vinyl damage or discolouration of t-shirts) as we tested our garments under different conditions of washing, drying and ironing.

It is up to you to keep your garments in great condition by making sure you check out our aftercare instructions.

Returns

If you receive your item and are not happy with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return of the item as long as the item is returned to us in it's original packaging with any tags still attached, it has not been washed and has not be damaged in any way. We charge a 20% return fee which we will deduct from your refund for items returned to us within 5 days, and 35% for items that are returned within 10 days. We will not accept any returns after 10 days of purchase.
